Yes! Sometimes I like too! :D
I never used Adobe Lightroom but I've heard it's good.
I was always the biggest fan of Snapseed app, free to use, without any ads.
But now for me Google Photos filters are enough - very easy to use, and you can spoil your photos with no fear, because you can always go back to the original version. And you don't make unnecessary copies.

Snapseed is great as well, I also love it when it comes to doing detailed editing...
