Workaholism is a curse of modern world.

Some lazy people procrastinate and try to avoid completing tasks as much as possible. Contrary to them others are too much devoted to work. They don't care if they have to spend hours before completion of the work. But, they won't go home until the work is finished. Both the things are extremism. Hard work must be admired and should also be rewarded. But, too much work is detrimental to the health of a person. Also, the people who are workaholic and become boss of others, they behave tyrannically. They expect their subordinate to spend days and even night time in the office. They don't let their subordinate to left for home until work is finished.
Some work may be important and warrants immediate action. But, not every work is urgent and not every work is so necessary that employees or the owner should forget his/her life for the sake of work. Now a days most of the work is done on computers and spending hours on computers is harmful for eyes and brain. Fatigue, drowsiness, lack of enthusiasm, lack of concentration are the common sign of too much work. It results in bad health and lots of health related issues. Bosses who remains over 8 hours in office and expect their employees to spend 14 to 16 hours in office are not humans. They are devils who suck blood from other human beings.
We do work for the sake of earning money. Money is meant for our help and comfort. We are not slaves of money. Money brings useful things for us. But, when we have no time for our family, relatives and friends and we don't have enough time to take care of self, then what is the use of money? Is it only meant to keep us alive anyhow so that we may work for our masters? Are we destined for perpetual slavery? Are we machines or draught animals which are kept and let alive so that the masters may get rich because of them? Do workers have no feelings and need? Are they being paid just to be fit and healthy enough to come to the offices, factories to spend over 10 hours everyday of precious time of their lives? These are the questions which needs to be addressed and this is the need of the present time in which slavery has transformed itself. Over work is against human rights and that must be eradicated.
