Should the freedom of speech/expression be curtailed or should it be remain as a basic human rights?

Freedom of speech/expression is the basic human rights. This is the rights which ought to be protected at all cost. However, some people abuse this right. They use it to spread hatred and false propaganda. Even, the antisocial elements and producer of obscenity use this right to malign the mentality of youngsters. In the era of informationwar, we are witnessing false news, dissemination of fake information and misinformation these days by newspapers, news channels and other media.

The freedom of speech/expression should remain and become a fundamental human right.
This is mostly not present at all, because one educates small children often to silence and these has educated to a "good" behave. And as an adult one often cannot anymore because of this express one's feelings and opinions so well, is inhibited or does not want to reveal his feelings.
In some countries this freedom does not even exist, here must become the freedom of speech/expression a fundamental human right.

Do those who purposefully spread false information, designed to disrupt and obstruct formulation of sound public policy, have the "right" to subject civil societies to inevitable harm and dissolution for personal gain? Do pedophiles possess the "human right" to distribute their perverse contents with impunity? Do the ignorant have the "right" to divulge state secrets to the detriment of their nation-state? Do those who spread ideology contrary to the tenets of the host sociocultural matrix have the "right" to subvert their host nation? Censorship of toxic, delusional, or ignorant ideas is not only necessary, but the duty of responsible governance.
