But how does one surrender a Tank? Like, destroy it? Give it to the enemy? I don't think Russia will surrender any Tank though.~

I think "surrender" means just back off and abandon the tank. If Ukraine gets hold of it, it is a massive find, as each tank definitely costs more than what Anonymous offers.

For that to work they must offer at least what's the Tank is worth, preferably much more. (Not that I think it's possible.)
