A food recipe to remember
I want to share one of my favorite cookie recipes. they are very easy. And now that you have the children at home, it can be a good weekend plan. I made the double recipe. I leave you the quantities in original
ingredients:
1 Large egg
1/4 cup of butter or vegetable oil
3 tbsp. Lehe liquid
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of self- rising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of chocolate pieces or drops.
preparation:
In a bowl beat the egg with half the sugar, add the vanilla, mix well until it thickens. In a separate bowl, beat the melted butter very well with a whisk and add half of the sugar.
This is to make it easier to dissolve the sugar, join both mixtures of the egg to the butter in a smooth way without over beating much. finally add the sifted flour. (If the flour is not self-rising add 1 teaspoon of baking powder).
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30min. Grease a baking sheet and use a spoon to make each cookie, leaving a gap between cookies of 3 to 4cms. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool and enjoy. what is your recipe?.....
